So sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, Puff Bars are notorious for their lack of quality control and this is not something we can fix. (Unlike Allo Bars where we actually buy directly from the factory to ensure its quality) However, we do give replacement coupons if you decide to trade in your defective puff bar, and I believe you've taken advantage of that offer!
