What does the JZVapes shipping insurance cover?

JZVapes’ shipping insurance protects your order against damage, loss, or quality issues that may occur during delivery. This includes E-liquids that are more than 10% leakages and disposables that have battery issue and also leakages. (No Pod system products are covered) Please note that if an order is placed without shipping insurance, we are unable to provide compensation or warranty coverage for any damage or loss. Refund and Exchanges

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with taste or flavor. All e-liquid sales are considered final once purchased. Refunds may only be considered if there is a product defect such as leakage. Please refer to the Leakage Reimbursement section for more information. Exchanges are allowed only for unopened products. If a bottle has been opened or used, it cannot be exchanged. Opened products cannot be accepted because they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

What is same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery service is currently available only in certain areas. Please check with the postal code when entering to see if you have the same-day option. It allows customers to receive their ordered items on the same day. However, please note that not all products are eligible for same-day delivery. Additional orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day. Also, there are no same-day deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed after 10 AM on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Why hasn't my order been shipped and what is the payment deadline?

For regular shipping: The payment deadline is 3:00 PM. Payments made after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. Service operates Monday to Friday. For same-day delivery: The payment deadline is 10:00AM (noon). Payments made after 10:00 AM will be shipped the next day. Service operates Monday to Saturday.

Same-day Arrival Time

When your order status is shown as Completed, it means that your package has left JZVapes and has been successfully handed over to the delivery courier. This status does not mean that the package has already arrived at your address. For same-day delivery orders, the estimated arrival time is between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight). Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions and courier availability. Same-day deliveries are handled by a third-party courier service. Because of this, JZVapes is unable to speed up the delivery or provide real-time tracking once the package has been dispatched (THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER). The same-day delivery driver will contact you directly when your package arrives. What if my delivery address is an office or has restricted access? If your delivery address is an office building or a location with restricted access, and the courier is unable to enter or reach the delivery location, the responsibility lies with the customer. JZVapes cannot guarantee early arrival times or special access arrangements. Customers must ensure that their delivery address is accessible between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight). What happens if my same-day delivery does not arrive by midnight? If your same-day delivery does not arrive by 12:00 AM (midnight), the same-day delivery fee will be refunded. Please contact our support channels listed in the website footer so that we can escalate the issue with the courier on your behalf.

I completed payment but haven’t received my tracking number.

Tracking numbers are sent in bulk around 6:00 PM (18:00) for all orders being shipped out that day. Tracking numbers are issued for only Regular delivery orders and not same-day delivery orders (same-day delivery orders does not have a tracking number) You will receive your tracking information via email and text message, and you can also view it anytime by going to your Order History under My Account to check your tracking label.

Your tracking number has already been issued, but it may take some time for the courier’s system to update. Please allow until 11:00 PM for tracking information to appear and show movement on the system.

Can I receive my package via a convenience store courier?

What do “On Hold,” “Processing,” and “Completed” mean?

On Hold: Your order is waiting for payment confirmation. Please complete your payment so we can begin processing your order. Processing: Your payment has been received, and your order is being prepared for shipment. It has not been shipped yet. Completed: Your order has been shipped out from JZVapes. Please note that “Completed” does not mean it has arrived at your address. To check the delivery status, please use your tracking number to see if your package has arrived.

For the 4+1 bundle promotion, you must add all five items to your cart before checkout. The system automatically deducts the price of one item, so the order must contain all five products to be processed correctly.

The product I received is leaking.

Because e-liquid products are sensitive to temperature and impact, leaks may occur during shipping due to sudden temperature changes or external shock. The color of the liquid is too dark / It looks brown / The BB or EXP date has passed.

A darker or brownish color in nicotine liquids is a natural chemical reaction related to nicotine’s properties. Even when sealed, nicotine oxidizes due to light and temperature, causing the liquid to darken — this is completely normal and also occurs with local 1% nicotine products. It does not affect usability or safety, so it’s safe to use. Regarding BB (Best Before) or EXP labels — due to recent changes in U.S. regulations, manufacturers are now required to include a production or “Best Before” date on e-liquid bottles. However, this date is a recommendation based on estimation, not a strict expiration date. Sealed e-liquids remain stable for years. Once opened, due to exposure and oxidation, it’s best to use within 6 months for optimal quality.

I’d like to exchange due to BB expiration it even if there’s no major issue.

We completely understand your concern. If you checked the BB date before opening the cap, we can exchange it for a new one. However, please note that since international shipments often take several months and occasionally get returned before restocking, the replacement product may not differ significantly from the original. If you already opened and used the product but still find an issue, we can process an exchange only if at least 95% of the liquid remains.
