Shipping and return policy


We offer discrete packaging and will not disclose transaction data to anyone.

We ship your packages using Logen Express, and guarantee shipping within four days. You should expect to receive your package on an average of 1-2 business days. Please check the “Lost Packages” section if your package does not arrive within 5 days.


JZVapes currently has a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations policy. 

But in some situations, we are happy to make exceptions. If you do think that your order needs a refund, please contact our live chat support on the website. Customers are our #1 priority and we currently employ a 365-day customer support that will answer your messages within 12 hours at most.

Any orders that get returned due to insufficient address or any other reason due to customer error will not receive refunds. We will re-dispatch the item once you repay the shipping costs incurred by the return.

Lost Package Policy

Regular Delivery:
If your item is not marked delivered within 10 days of the date of dispatch, we will re-ship your order free of charge to ensure that you will receive your package in a timely manner. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address changes after the order ships.

For One-Business Day Arrivals:
Our policy is that we take photos of all arrivals and text you the photo as we drop off your package.
It is your responsibility to pick up and safeguard the package after we drop it off, and we will not be able to reimburse for any orders that we have sent drop-off photos for.
